Project Brief

1. A promotion package for the release of an album, to include a music promo video, together with two of the following three options:

• a website homepage for the band;
• a cover for its release as part of the digipak (CD/DVD package).
• a magazine advertisement for the digipak (CD/DVD package).

After much deliberation, I've decided to go with brief one - a promotion package for the release of an album - rather than an advert. The specification for this brief requires copyright-free music to be used for the music video, so this means having to find an unsigned band/solo artist. Now I must decide what this genre of music to use. I then will have to research those of a similar style to see what music videos of this genre and then expand on that to come up with an original idea of my own.
